Before Baby
An eight-week circle for moms-to-be navigating pregnancy, changing identity, birth-related worries, relationships, body changes, and the transition into motherhood.
Weekly format: 1 hour facilitated conversation + 1 hour group education.
Out Loud Moms is a small, non-clinical community for women navigating pregnancy, early motherhood, identity shifts, overwhelm, and the emotional realities no one always prepares us for.
“Everyone asks how the baby is doing. We created a place that asks how you are doing.”
You can love your baby and still feel overwhelmed. You can feel grateful and still miss who you were. You can be a wonderful mother and still need support. Out Loud Moms creates space for honest conversation, consistent connection, and practical education.
Talk openly about the emotional realities of pregnancy and motherhood without needing to perform or pretend.
Connect with women experiencing similar transitions, worries, pressures, and identity changes.
Learn practical strategies for emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, coping, and self-compassion.
Out Loud Moms is built around the experiences women often aren't warned about—and may feel guilty admitting.
A closed circle offers consistent company, room to speak plainly, and the relief of being understood by women living through a similar season.
Each Out Loud Moms cohort meets once a week for eight weeks. Every gathering brings together one hour of facilitated, honest conversation and The Second Hour: practical group education with a rotating guest practitioner.
